You have to work at noticing those fleeting moments of joy, and learning to identify them before they disappear. If you know joy you can repeat feelings of joy, learn how to entice joy into your life.<br />Another good way to entice joy or peace into your life is to spend a few minutes daily listing appreciation, things you did find joy in, would like to experience more often, are grateful for.
