I like to think that everyone pulls their weight in their own way and concentrate mostly on doing a good job myself.

If I do come across a co-worker who is not doing their job, I remind myself of all the perks the non-union employees (management) get for not necessarily more time or skills, just status. This reminds me to keep the focus on the rights of the employees and particularly my own.Kristinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11835267210183096718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12409216.post-47611896101929196362009-02-01T10:52:00.000-05:002009-02-01T10:52:00.000-05:00My favourite is: "Have a vision that gets you out ...My favourite is: "Have a vision that gets you out of bed"...

That's the one thing I'm working on. :)

Fabulously Broke in the City

"Just a girl trying to find a balance between being a Shopaholic and a Saver."FB @ FabulouslyBroke.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12966672580040786485noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12409216.post-68939932438913275262009-02-01T08:57:00.000-05:002009-02-01T08:57:00.000-05:00Works for me!Works for me!MWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13421430633168170078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12409216.post-56671715815965344462009-02-01T08:37:00.000-05:002009-02-01T08:37:00.000-05:00I like this post. In my FT job, it very frustrating to watch people not do what their supposed to do, and their lack of ambition is addressed but unions will back them up. ( I am a member of the union but have a hard time understanding why they continue to support those who can't or won't do their jobs) Any advise on how to deal with this?

Its given me more to think about!its me, samhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03521920330817697784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12409216.post-76140536154118551282009-02-01T07:34:00.000-05:002009-02-01T07:34:00.000-05:00Thanks for sharing!!
